hello dahhlings! my summer break hasn’t been too shabby. Been hangin’ out with my friends and I picked up a couple of good books, so i’ve been doing a good amount of reading, too. Tomorrow: le strawberry festival!!

Today, my roommate confronted me about my eating disorder. She described in length how emaciated-looking my chest has become and how she only wants to help. Except that I don’t have an eating disorder. My sternum is deformed and I have only recently become confident enough to wear low-cut tops. FML

Today, I went on a date with this really cute guy. He told me to order whatever I wanted, so I chose something fairly expensive. When the bill came, he started pulling out Monopoly money. I ended up paying for the whole thing. FML

school has been pretty hectic this week. Ugh. Crits start tomorrow, which honestly, i’m kinda glad about because that means that soon i’ll have a little bit of down time (hopefully) while i’m in between assignments, to concentrate more on my liberal classes (meaning— essays and tests…). I broke up with Nishad on Friday. I’m still really sad about that....

Yesterday was my first day of my first job. I work at a Pizza place in Venice, as a cashier/ server/ cleaner. I didn’t know that I was expected to do SO much. I thought it was going to be more like where my younger sister works (a pizza place in Westchester). Wrong. My shift started at 4 and I was told to bring a baseball cap. I don’t own any baseball caps so Alex let me borrow hers....
